Yes, once you register for an account you can start adding items to your cart or wishlist, place your order, and your track orders once you place them.

Simply click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Yes, you might be able to cancel items before we ship your order. Just head to ‘Orders & Returns’. You can’t add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces.

This is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in AED.

Yanaah will process payments as soon as you place an order on our site.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Your order will be carefully packaged in Yanaah boxes or satin bags with an added layer of bubble wrap to ensure your orders arrive to you in great condition.

Shipping is free for all orders over $180. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The cost with customs duties will appear at checkout.

Yanaah internationally, any taxes and duties added to your order are to cover all applicable custom taxes and duties. These vary depending on your location and are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment.

Once your order is confirmed we’ll dispatch it within 7 business days. Yanaah orders are processed Sunday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery takes 5 – 7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided in your account in the ‘My orders’ section to track your orders journey.

You may be able to collect your order from a convenient location near you. When the shipping company gets in touch to confirm your location, you will have the option to collect the order or have it delivered to a specific location.

We work closely with the logistics provider to ensure that your order is packaged and handled with care. If your order was damaged, please send us an image of the damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, we’ll credit your account with the order amount or resend you the items you ordered.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your purchase will be prepared within 2 business days for dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed, we offer a Free Returns service for orders over $180.

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 3 days of the delivery date, and provide a free pick-up service for all returns for your convenience. To create a return, go to ‘My Orders & Returns’ in your account. All returned pieces must be undamaged and unused, with its original packaging.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to ‘Orders’
  2. Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return item(s)’.
  3. Select the item and your reason for returning.
  4. Place each item you’re returning with all the original packaging .
  5. Prepare your package by attaching your return label to the outside of your package.

Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

  1. Place any items with original packaging and bubble wrap.
  2. Leave it open until the driver has checked the contents.
  3. Attach the return label and a signed copy of the return note to the outside of the Yanaah box. 

We recommend returning your item in the packaging provided, but if you’re unable to do that, please find a suitable box so that items are returned in perfect condition. Items must be returned undamaged and unused.

We issue refunds in two ways:

 

  1. You may choose for your refund to be credited to your Yanaah account or
  2. Have your refund transferred to your payment provider.

Yanaah account credits are reflected within one business day.

Refunds issued to your mode of payment will take place within 7 business days. Depending on the processing time of your payment provider, once issued the transfer will appear within 21 business days.

While we offer free returns for orders, the original delivery cost, duties and tax will not be included in your refund.
