Our breathe’s have probably been one of the most underestimated tools for our wellbeing in society. Many cultures around the world have historically used some form of breathe work to aid body, mind & soul alignment.
In this mediation we begin by preparing our body & mind for a deeper experience by applying the power of the breathe. Then gently guide the participants into a deep altered state of awareness.
